The Contour Project started 2014 in the basement of a basement in Crown Heights, Brooklyn NYC and took DER-CON to many cities around the globe to collaborate with great local artists and styles while TESTA was cooking up the recorded Samples und Vocals in the Studio of the Austrian Underground Label Duzz Down San as well as producing Beats with samples from his Global Vinyl Diggin Journeys. The result is a unique combination of languages, artists, styles and knowledge and a fucking sick global music production.

Das Contour Projekt hat im Keller eines Kellers in Crown Heights, Brooklyn im Jahr 2014 angefangen. Die Grundidee von dem wiener Rapper Der-Con und dem Beatproduzenten Testa war es in fetten Rap und Beat Produktionen den Vibe verschiedener pulsierender Großstädte dieser Erde einzufangen. Dafür ist Der-Con in die Städte gereist um musikalisch mit (traditionellen) lokalen KünstlerInnen zu kollaborieren und für die Entwicklung der Lyrics Faktenwissen und Erfahrungen zu sammlen sowie einfach nur mit den KünstlerkollegInnen abzuhängen während TESTA die daraus entstandenen Samples und Vocals im Duzz Down San Studio zusammen gesetzt hat. TESTA hat auch Beats mit Samples von seinen eigenen Vinyl Diggin Reisen in den Topf geschmissen. Das Ergebnis ist eine einzigartige Kombination von Sprachen, Künstlern, Stilen, Flows und Wissen in einer ärger fetten globalen Musik Produktion. Das erste Release dieser Serie ist die EP Contour (Part 1).
